At Mama Bear Oasis, we want you to love your new style, but we understand that sometimes a fit isn't perfect. We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn, unwashed fashion items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
